After years of complaints and frustration, people in Chinatown are hoping a series of new commitments will finally lead to action.Crews will be assigned seven days a week to improve the area and make it more welcoming.As Tim Sargeant reports, there are also plans to develop a vacant parcel of land at the entrance to the historic district.
